Finshub

2025 Originally at finshub.com

A finance insights platform that made markets, company reports and money management easy to understand for students and young investors.

About

Finshub started in 2025 as a finance blog website, publishing market news, insights from company reports and earnings, research backed investment ideas, and financial literacy content for beginners. It then grew beyond the blog into YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn, turning written research into videos and short form content. The long term plan was a community driven finance hub for India, a place for verified and collaborative financial discussion.

Our blog articles were researched and written by the team. To bring them to a wider audience, we used AI video tools to turn selected articles into short explainer videos for YouTube and Instagram.

Merger and collaboration

Finshub merged with two student finance media projects, and collaborated with a financial literacy initiative.

Internship program

Finshub recruited and led 30+ high school interns from around the world across two tracks:

Investment Analyst
Equity research, an investment proposal every 3 weeks, financial models (DCF, comparables, multiples), and weekly market summaries on rotation.
Content and Research
Finance writing, economic research reports, and video content.

Every intern completed a structured 12 week self paced training plan, from financial statements and ratio analysis through valuation to research report writing.

Interns also helped manage a student run investment fund of USD 20,000, pitching public equities through their proposals, with the fund's returns directed to charity.
